RESEARCH INTERESTS
My main interests lie in the field of ecology and conservation biology. I’ve always been interested in the conservation aspect of biology and the interdisciplinary nature of the academic exposure at IISER has helped me in learning about other avenues that need to be explored to embark on my interests, which includes understanding the social side of it. For my MS thesis, I’ll be involved in a baseline study that seeks to determine the presence of mercury in the Palani hills. PERSONAL AND OTHER INTERESTS
My hobbies include mainly reading and photography. I enjoy playing badminton and am learning to play the flute.
